Footye Rari North was born on September 7, 1977 in Birmingham Alabama, and is the oldest of the Old Man Dad crew. He was the oldest of his three brothers. He had a passion for music and learned to sing at an early age. At age 23, he met young Submarine Man,and soon after, he met Lama Doodle. In 2018, Submarine Man told Footye  about Old Man Dad Records and Footye soon signed. He is said to have 10 albums on the way.
